DESCRIPTION:Northbrook Garden Club teaches a simple\, low-cost method for growing native plants & winter vegetables using recycled containers. Make your own seeded mini greenhouse that can stay outside all winter. \n\n\n\nNative plants often require certain conditions for successful germination. This practical program will show the steps involved in winter sowing of native plant seeds and how the milkjug winter sowing technique meets their germination requirements.
