Somme Prairie Walk led by Laurel Ross, Volunteer Steward

Northbrook has one of the few remaining original prairie acreage in THE Prairie State. Please join us for a nature walk where Volunteer Steward, Laurel Ross will share with us the significance of the site, the rare flowering plants and grasses. We are sure to see wildlife too. Laurel Ross was appointed Volunteer Steward in 1992, so she knows the area well. We look forward to seeing you in person!
